• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / MasterCard/American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card, Business Card)
• "Cardholder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card
• "Instant EMI" refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of transactions performed using the retail Card on EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminal installed at participating stores or payment gateway of online merchant/s.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• “Offer” : Up to 22.5% additional cashback on Samsung consumer durable products with Instant EMI on ICICI Bank Credit Cards
• “Offer Period” shall mean period commencing from 1 st July-30 th September. (both days inclusive)
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

• Offer is not valid on Samsung mobiles & Wearables
• Offer is applicable on 3,6,9,12 & 18 month EMI tenure only
• Minimum transaction to avail the cashback offer is Rs.15 K for Microwave Oven . For Rest of the Categories it is Rs. 20K i.e for Panels , Refrigerators, Washing Machines and ACs.
• Offer can be availed on maximum 1 EMI transaction per month per card during the Offer Period
• Minimum transaction amount is Rs. 20,000/- except for Microwave which is Rs. 15,000/- , Rs 14,000/- for Refrigerators , Rs 15,000/- for Televisions, Rs 14,000/- for Washing machines.

• Cashback will be offered to a Cardholder only when it is mentioned on the charge slip. If the charge slip does not mention cashback, the Cardholder will not be entitled for any cashback
• No Cashback on Flex-Wash , Add-Wash & Washer-Dryer Washing Machines which already have Other Free Gifts
• Cashback for all EMI transactions will be credited to Cardholder’s Card account within 90 days from the end of offer month
