An automated system for processing hiring information will be introduced in May, speeding the process and saving reams of paper at the same time.
All new NAU employees will enter their personal hiring information into Hire Xpress, a secure online system that will feed the data into LOUIE.
New employees can even complete their hiring packet before their first day, allowing them to focus on getting to know their new jobs from day one.
Staff who collect and record identification from new employees will need to register to attend a mandatory Hire Xpress training to learn the steps to initiate the new hire process.
Training sessions will be scheduled beginning April 20. Visit HR Training Registration to reserve a seat in one of the upcoming sessions. Staff must complete this training before being granted access to Hire Xpress.
